This is a public website. Meet results and performance data are shown openly and indexed by search engines. Coaches and meet officials entering performances should expect those results to be viewable by the public.

Where our data comes from. The performance data on this site is collected from publicly available sources: meet results posted by schools, timing services, and league officials; roster information published by schools; and submissions from authorized coaches. This site does not collect information directly from athletes themselves.

What we publish about athletes. We publish names, grade or class year, school affiliation, and performance times or distances — the same information that is announced at the meet and posted on school and league result sheets. We do not publish home addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, or birthdates of athletes.

Corrections and removal requests. If you see a factual error, or if a parent, guardian, or athlete wishes to request correction or removal of a specific record, please email track_admin@spondev.com. We review requests and respond promptly.

Photos. Photos submitted through coach accounts or shared from social platforms using meet hashtags may appear on the site. If a photo should be removed, contact the email above.

Coach and user accounts. Registered users (coaches, league administrators) provide an email address for account access and notifications. We will not use your email for commercial spam, and you can opt out of notifications at any time.

Cookies and analytics. This site uses browser cookies to keep you signed in and to remember preferences. We also use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used (aggregate, anonymous page-view statistics). We do not sell or share personal information with third parties for advertising.
